With a multifaceted background encompassing Business & Operations Management, Recruitment and Organisational Psychology, Social Work and the NFP Sector, Brand and Marketing, Holistic Counselling & Psychology, and Personal and Professional Coaching, Abbey is a powerhouse professional. Her expertise extends seamlessly to both individuals, whether in personal or professional settings, as well as businesses. What defines Abbey's approach is her unwavering commitment to tailoring every service to meet the distinct needs of each client.
Beyond her professional endeavours, she's a busy mum to four, including a set of twins, a devoted dog mum, and a loving wife. Her track record speaks volumes – from founding a Non-Profit Charitable Organisation to transforming it into a six-figure operation within three years.
